Essay

How time flies ! The program finished in two ticks . And I really learnt many things by participating in activities . I think the most impressive activities are analog climbing Mount Everest and ’ Drop The Egg ’. I really learnt a lot in these two activities . 
In the first activity ,  I was the marathoner . And my own goal is ti get to the top and do not be rescued , our group goal is to help me get to the top and prevent members from being rescued . So after having clear and definite goals , we started climbing for the first time . 
We climbed the mount step by step from the basic camp to Camp 4 . At Camp 2 , a member of us got weak , we rested a day and saved him finally . 
When we were at Camp 4 ,almost all of us got critical . Our health became bad . We only had 6 days and that day is the 5th day , so we have no choice . 
We must go on climbing . Finally , I and another two members were rescued . We failed . We were upset , but nobody became dejected .
So we asked for resetting and then we set out for the second time rapidly . Due to our experience , everything ran smoothly . 
But in the end , I was rescued again . But this time , only 2 people (include me ) were rescued . Though we did not succeed , we made a big progress . 
In this activity , I knew that everyone in the group should often communicate with each other and speak out the thoughts . 
And no matter how things gone , people should not be discouraged or give up . Keep going and making progress are another sort of success . 
And the leader is the key person . He should have a whole plan and point the direction out . And sometimes , the leader may sacrifice themselves to achieve the common goal . 
In the second activity , our group had a great success . We communicated more easier . Richard , our professor , gave us a arduous task , let the egg drop in the air and do not make it into pieces . 
We spent a lot of money to buy the material , but our work had beauty , significance and practical value . Our idea is ’ Fly To Space ’ and ’ Out Of  The Earth ’. It looks like a pineapple with stars and a model plane on it . 
The stars represent universe and the model plane represent spacecraft . It was really unique ! And our egg was unbroken . Finally , we won the second place .
Through this activity , I learnt that everyone should try his best to come up with good ideas and communicate more . And cooperation is also very important . 
In a word , leadership and teamwork lead to success . And the first thing we should do must be ’ Stand Out and Speak Out ’ .

    时间过得真快，假期活动已经结束了，我从参加的活动中学到了很多东西，我觉得最让人印象深刻的就是攀登珠穆朗玛峰，和’ Drop The Egg ’，我从这两个活动中学到了很多东西。

    在第一个活动中，我像一名马拉松运动员。我的目标是爬到顶峰绝不退缩，我们团队会帮助我们到达顶峰并且保护我们不受到伤害。在做了清楚准确的目标之后，我第一次开始攀登了。

    我们一步一步的向上爬从第一个营地到第四个营地。在第二个营地，我们其中的一个队员生病了，我们休息了一天等待他好转。当我们在第四营地的时候，我们几乎所有的人都到达了极限。我们的身体非常虚弱。我们只有6天的时间，现在已经是第五天了，我们别无选择。我们必须继续向上爬。最后我和另外两个队员被营救下来。我们失败了，我们很沮丧，但是我们没有失去信心。我们重新整装很快开始第二次攀登，根据之前我们的经验，我们这次很顺利。但是在最后，我又被拯救下山，而且这次我们有两个人被拯救（包括我）。尽管我们没有成功，但是我们取得了很大进步。

    在这次活动中，我知道了在一个队伍里每个人应该经常互相沟通并说出自己的想法。不管事情如何发展，人们都应该鼓起勇气永不放弃。坚持前进取得进步最后获得成功。在每个团队中，领带人是关键。他要有一个完整的计划和方向。有时候，领导人会牺牲他们自己来达到最终的目标。

    在第二个活动中，我们的队伍获得了巨大成功。我们沟通的非常愉快，把鸡蛋抛到天空中并不让它破碎。我们花了很多钱七购买材料，但是我们的杰作非常漂亮，精致并且具有使用价值。我们的创意是“飞向太空 ” 和 “ 远离地球 ”。它看起来像一个长满星星的菠萝上面有一个飞机模型。星星代表着宇宙，飞机模型代表着宇宙飞船。这非常独特！而且我们的鸡蛋没有破损。最后，我们得了第二名。通过这次活动，我学习到每个人都应该尽自己最大努力去实现自己的理想并且跟别人多多沟通，合作也是非常重要的。 

    总之，领导力和团队精神是成功的必须品，我们应该做的第一件事就是勇敢站出来说出自己的想法。
